We collect only the information needed to process wholesale inquiries and orders: your name, business name, contact details (WhatsApp or email), shipping address, and order history. Payment is handled by established money-transfer and payment partners — we never store card numbers.

• What we store: inquiry records, order history, and shipping labels for warranty and re-order purposes.
• What we never do: sell, rent, or share your data with marketers. Data is shared only with logistics carriers to deliver your shipment.
• Retention: order records are kept for 24 months for warranty purposes, then deleted.

PolicyShipping Policy

We ship worldwide from our China facility, with priority service to the EU and US. All shipments are packed in temperature-protective, discreet packaging with no product names on the outer box.

• Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard shipping (free over $500): 7–12 business days to EU/US.
• Express shipping: 5–8 business days, quoted at checkout via WhatsApp.
• Tracking: a tracking number is provided for every shipment.
• Reshipment: if a parcel is confirmed lost or seized in transit, we reship once free of charge.

PolicyReturns & Refunds

Because research compounds are sensitive to temperature and handling, unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

• Damaged or incorrect items: send a photo within 48 hours of delivery — we replace or refund in full, including shipping.
• Purity guarantee: if an independent lab test (e.g. Janoshik) shows purity below the labeled spec, we refund 200% of the product value — see Our Guarantee.

PolicyTerms & Conditions

By ordering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and that products are purchased for laboratory research use only. Our products are not drugs, supplements, or food, and are not intended for human or veterinary use of any kind.

• You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your country/region regarding research compounds.
• Wholesale tier prices apply to orders of 10+ packs of the same item; tier pricing is listed on every product card.
• Prices are in USD and may be adjusted with market conditions; confirmed quotes are locked for 7 days.

PolicyWaiver Agreement

Evolve Peptides provides research-grade compounds for in-vitro laboratory research. The buyer assumes all responsibility for product use, storage, and handling, and waives any claim against Evolve Peptides arising from misuse.

• Products must be stored as labeled (lyophilized peptides: refrigerated, protected from light).
• Buyer affirms products will not be administered to humans or animals.
• This waiver is accepted automatically upon payment of an order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, USDT, and major payment channels agreed with your sales rep. All terms are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before payment.

Can I get a sample first?

Yes — new customers can order single packs at the base (1–9 pack) price. First orders also qualify for the 10% new-customer discount.

Do you support private label / custom blends?

Yes. We manufacture in our own GMP-certified facility in China and offer private-label vials and custom peptide blends for qualifying volumes. Message us for a quote.
